Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes, including standard work, documentation, adoption, controls, and continuous improvement. You will collaborate with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and regional teams to optimize processes that drive consistent talent outcomes.

The role reports to the Director of Process & Policy Excellence and supports LATAM and global regions remotely.

Formación

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Transformation, or process management.
• Experience in global or matrixed environments.
• Experience presenting process performance, KPIs, adoption metrics to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Workday or a comparable HRIS and professional fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Translate global process design into scalable process standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned global HR processes.
• Manage project plans, cadences, risk tracking, and escalations at scale.
• Establish governance, decision rights, and KPI reporting for processes.
• Partner with IT, HR Shared Services, and HR teams to enable scalable process design and integrations.
• Build Standard Work, training materials, and process maps for consistent execution.
• Drive continuous improvement via Voice of the Customer and data trends.
• Lead vendor management and contract/service value alignment.
• Develop change-management plans to support cycle launches and adoption.
