Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end lifecycle management of global HR processes. You will collaborate with Centers of Excellence, IT, Legal, and regional teams to optimize processes, governance, and data quality across the organization from LATAM, in a remote setting.

The role reports to the Director of Process & Policy Excellence and emphasizes continuous improvement, standard work, and scalable process design in a global HR context.

Formación

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience delivering end-to-end HR processes in global or matrixed setups.
• Ability to present process performance and KPIs to senior stakeholders.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Translate global process design into scalable standard work and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for designated HR processes across regions.
• Manage plans, cadences, risks, and escalations to ensure milestones are met.
• Establish governance: decision rights, approvals, version control, audits.
• Collaborate with IT, HRSS, legal, privacy, and regional teams to enable scalable design.
