Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR processes, collaborating with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, and data/privacy teams. This LATAM-based role offers a remote work arrangement and requires strong governance, measurement, and continuous improvement skills.

You will own lifecycle execution for critical HR processes, shape standard work, and drive improvements with stakeholders worldwide.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience plus 7+ years in HR Operations, Shared Services, Transformation, or BPM.
• End-to-end HR process execution experience in a global or matrixed environment.
• Experience with Workday or comparable HRIS; professional fluency in English.
• Ability to develop and present process performance reports, KPIs, adoption metrics, and compliance reporting to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design and policy intent into scalable standards, decision frameworks, and operating routines.
• Own lifecycle execution for global HR processes (e.g., Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessment, Equity nomination, Benefits Enrollment).
• Oversee project plans, governance cadences, risk/issue tracking, and escalations to ensure timely, accurate, compliant delivery at scale.
• Establish and maintain process governance, including approvals, version control, audits, KPI reporting, and data privacy alignment.
• Collaborate with Workday Solutions Architecture, IT, HR Shared Services, Data & Application teams for scalable design, automation, reporting, and data quality.
