Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR processes, including standard work, policy and process excellence, and governance across regions. You will partner with HR Shared Services, Centers of Excellence, IT, and Legal to ensure scalable, compliant processes and data integrity.

The role is remote in LATAM with a focus on global collaboration, transformation programs, and continuous improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and digital tools.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent with 7+ years HR operations experience.
• End-to-end HR process execution in global/matrixed environments.
• Experience collaborating with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams to design, implement, govern, and continuously improve HR processes.
• Experience presenting process performance metrics, dashboards, KPIs, adoption metrics, data quality measures, or compliance reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Workday or a comparable enterprise HRIS platform, plus professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design, policy intent, and business outcomes into scalable process standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for assigned global HR processes (e.g., Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessment, Equity nomination, Benefits Enrollment).
• Manage project plans, cadences, risk tracking, and escalations to ensure milestones are met at scale.
• Establish and maintain process governance, including intake, prioritization, approvals, version control, and KPI reporting.
• Partner with IT, HR Shared Services, and data teams to enable design, automation, reporting, data quality, and integrations.
• Build Standard Work, training materials, playbooks, controls, and process maps for consistent execution across regions.
• Drive continuous improvement from Voice of the Customer and data trends, including automation and self-service opportunities.
• Lead vendor-management activities with performance oversight and contract alignment.
• Develop change-management plans to support cycle launches and user adoption.
