Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead end-to-end global HR processes, including governance, standard work, and measurement. The role partners with IT, Legal, and regional teams to optimize processes that drive high-quality talent outcomes across LATAM and beyond.

The position is remote-friendly with a pathway for collaboration across global HR teams. A BA/BS plus 7+ years in HR Operations is required, with English fluency and experience with Workday.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Transformation, or business process management.
• Experience collaborating with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design into scalable standards and clear execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for global HR processes (e.g., Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessment).
• Manage project plans, governance, and escalation to ensure milestones are met at scale.
• Establish process governance, KPI reporting, and alignment to legal and data privacy requirements.
• Partner with IT, Data & Application teams to enable automation and data quality.
• Develop and maintain Standard Work, training materials, and job aids.
• Drive continuous improvement informed by customer voice and data trends.
• Lead vendor-management activities and contract alignment.
• Create change-management plans to support launches and user adoption.
