Job summary

Veralto is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes, partnering with Centers of Excellence, IT, Legal, and regional teams. The role emphasizes governance, standards, and continuous improvement across a remote-friendly LATAM presence.

You will shape process design, drive adoption, and deliver scalable solutions with data-driven KPIs, automation, and compliance alignment to legal and privacy requirements.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in HR Operations, Shared Services, or transformation.
• Experience collaborating with Centers of Excellence, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design into scalable standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for global HR processes (e.g., Compensation, Performance, Talent).
• Manage plans, cadences, risks, and escalations to ensure on-time, compliant delivery at scale.
• Establish and maintain process governance, KPI reporting, and regulatory alignment.
• Partner with IT, HR Shared Services, and Data teams for scalable design, automation, and data quality.
