Job summary

Veralto.com is seeking an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes. The role collaborates with Centers of Excellence, IT, and regional teams to optimize, govern, and scale HR processes across LATAM and beyond in a remote-friendly environment.

Reporting to the Director, Process & Policy Excellence, you will own lifecycle execution for core HR processes, drive governance, and enable automation and data quality improvements in Workday and related HR systems.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 7+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Transformation, or business process management.
• Experience collaborating at enterprise level with multiple stakeholders to design, implement, govern, and improve HR processes.
• Professional fluency in English and experience with Workday or similar HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design, policy intent, and outcomes into scalable standards and clear execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for global HR processes (e.g., Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessment).
• Manage project plans, cadences, risk tracking, and escalations to ensure milestones are met at scale.
• Establish governance: decision rights, approvals, version control, audit routines, KPI reporting.
• Partner with IT, HRSS, and Data teams to enable automation, data quality, and integrations.
• Develop and maintain Standard Work, training materials, and process maps for consistent execution across regions.
