Job summary

Veralto seeks an HR Process Owner to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes. You will partner with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and data/privacy teams to ensure scalable process design and governance. This remote LATAM role offers growth and cross-functional collaboration across a 14 operating company network.

Your day-to-day includes enforcing standards, governance, and continuous improvement while aligning with regulatory and data privacy requirements.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years experience in HR Operations or related fields.
• Experience coordinating with Centers of Excellence, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Translate global process design into scalable standards and execution requirements.
• Own lifecycle execution for global HR processes (Compensation Planning, Performance Management, Talent Assessment, Equity, Benefits Enrollment).
• Manage project plans, cadence, risk tracking, and escalations for scalable, compliant delivery.
