Veralto seeks an HR Process Owner to lead the global HR processes lifecycle, from design to governance and optimization. You will collaborate with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, and regional teams to ensure scalable, compliant processes that improve associate and leader experiences.

You will drive continuous improvement using VOC data, performance metrics, and automation, while managing vendor activities and change management across LATAM.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Transformation, or business process management.
• Experience collaborating with Centers of Excellence, HR Shared Services, IT, Legal, Data/Privacy, and regional teams to design and govern HR processes.
• Experience presenting process performance dashboards, KPIs, adoption metrics, and compliance reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Workday or comparable HRIS.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of global HR processes, including standard work documentation, implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with COE, HRSS, IT, Legal, and regional teams to optimize processes and drive consistent talent outcomes.
• Establish and govern process governance, intake, prioritization, approvals, version control, and KPI reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement from VOC, cycle performance, and data trends, including automation and self-service opportunities.
• Manage vendor relationships, contract expectations, and value delivery.
• Develop change-management plans to support cycle launches and user adoption.
