Job summary

Valatam is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to build a results-driven HR function. You will reduce turnover, address Virtual Assistant concerns, manage client-reported performance issues, and continuously improve the Virtual Assistant experience while supporting company objectives.

This internal leadership role at Valatam combines strategy with hands-on execution and requires leadership of the HR team, policy development, and data-driven improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Experience in Staffing/BPO or Outsourcing is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or Business Administration
• Strong analytical skills to translate HR data into retention improvements
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to improve VA retention and reduce turnover
• Analyze resignations and turnover causes to identify improvements
• Lead HR team through one-on-ones, performance reviews, and KPIs
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and compensation administration
• Develop HR policies, SOPs, and compliance with company policies
• Prepare HR reports with actionable insights for client objectives
