Valatam is hiring a Remote People Operations & Performance Associate. You will monitor VA performance, coaching, and support, while analyzing data and maintaining reports. Work with HR, Account Management, and Finance to improve service quality, engagement, and retention.

The role requires bilingual English and Spanish, 2–3 years in related roles, and proficiency with Google Workspace and Office. A quiet home office with reliable internet is essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish
• 2-3 years of people management, account management, HR workforce management, or productivity coordination
• Experience tracking KPIs, productivity, attendance or service quality
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Experience with Asana, Notion, Trello or similar tools is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills with the ability to give constructive feedback
• Quiet home office with stable internet and backup connection
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Monitor VA attendance, working hours, productivity, and performance
• Identify performance risks and implement improvement plans
• Coaching sessions and check-ins with VAs
• Maintain performance dashboards and monthly reports
• Validate undertime and overtime data for Finance
• Partner with Account Management to align performance with client expectations
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Growth, Recruitment and L&D on trends
• Support engagement, recognition, development, and retention initiatives
• Contribute to new-hire training and admin projects
• Assist with other related tasks as needed
