Job summary

Spartan Investment Group is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Administrator to support day-to-day HR operations across our global offices. The role will own payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and performance processes while helping improve HR workflows as the organization scales.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of HR experience, strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws, HRIS proficiency (Workday), and excellent communication in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple functions.
• Knowledge of US federal and state employment laws and compliance.
• Experience with payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, offboarding, performance management.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Excel and ability to learn new HR tech quickly.
• Professional-level written and spoken communication in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to HR operations across the organization.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Coordinate new hire orientations and recruitment communications.
• Handle payroll-related inquiries, absences, and leave administration.
• Maintain HRIS data and prepare HR reports and metrics.
