Spartan Investment Group is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to manage payroll, benefits, onboarding, offboarding, and compliance across the organization. The role supports HR operations, Employee records, and performance/training processes.

You will help build scalable HR infrastructure while delivering accurate, timely HR services to employees and managers in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in HR, strong knowledge of US HR laws, and proficiency with HRIS (Workday)

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple HR functions.
• Working knowledge of US federal and state employment laws and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience with payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and other core HR operations.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office, including Excel, with the ability to quickly learn new HR technologies and systems.

• Provide administrative support to day-to-day HR operations across Spartan Investment Group and subsidiaries.
• Own and support core HR functions: payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, offboarding, compliance, performance management, training, and employee records.
• Strengthen and scale HR infrastructure by identifying gaps, improving workflows, documenting processes, and creating practical solutions.
• Manage HR processes with high ownership, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Ensure timely HR responses and accurate HR data across systems and records.
