Spartan Investment Group is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations across the organization and its subsidiaries.

You will own payroll, benefits administration, onboarding and offboarding, compliance, performance management, training, and employee records, while helping scale HR infrastructure as the organization grows.

This role emphasizes building practical solutions, documenting processes, and improving workflows to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience across multiple functions.
• Working knowledge of US federal and state employment laws.
• Experience with payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, offboarding, performance management.
• Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office, including Excel.
• Remote work: dedicated home office with reliable internet.
