Job summary

Pearster is seeking a Semi-Senior HR Generalist to support a wide range of HR activities across an international team. The role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and people operations, with a remote LATAM setup.

You will coordinate interviews, publish job descriptions, manage onboarding/offboarding, and maintain HR records while collaborating with managers worldwide to drive people initiatives and process improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Human Resources, HR Generalist or People Operations.
• Advanced English (C1) and Fluent Spanish (C2).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across different countries.
• Coordinate interviews, screen candidates, and conduct HR interviews.
• Prepare and publish clear, engaging, and accurate job descriptions.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for a smooth employee experience.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and databases.
• Support employee engagement, well-being, and retention initiatives.
• Assist employees with HR questions, policies, and processes.
• Support performance management, feedback, and development initiatives.
• Assist with policy implementation and process improvements.
• Coordinate benefits, time-off tracking, and HR admin activities.
• Organize HR activities using agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with managers and international teams on people-related needs.
