Pearster is seeking a Semi-Senior HR Generalist to support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and people operations across our international team. You will collaborate with managers and diverse teams to create a stellar employee experience while maintaining robust HR processes.

The role is remote with LATAM-wide responsibilities, requiring 2+ years in HR, advanced English and fluent Spanish, and strong organizational skills.

Competenze

• Minimum 2+ years in Human Resources or People Operations roles.
• Advanced English (C1) and fluent Spanish (C2) required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and IT/tech environments.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration.
• Knowledge of HR policies, processes, and best practices.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proactive, people-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams.

Mansioni

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles across multiple countries.
• Coordinate interviews, screen candidates, and conduct HR interviews for experience, communication, and fit.
• Prepare clear, engaging job descriptions and postings.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding to ensure a smooth employee experience.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and databases.
• Support employee engagement, well-being, and retention initiatives.
