Pearster is seeking a Semi-Senior HR Generalist to join our international team and support recruitment, onboarding, engagement, HR admin, and people operations across LATAM and other locations. Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in HR Generalist or People Operations.
• Advanced English and fluent Spanish with strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and HR processes.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding and HR administration.
• Ability to work with international teams and handle confidential information.

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across countries for technical and non-technical roles.
• Coordinate interviews, screen candidates, and conduct HR interviews.
• Prepare and publish clear job descriptions.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Assist with performance management and professional development initiatives.
• Support policy implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes.
• Coordinate benefits, time-off tracking, and HR admin activities.
• Organize and prioritize HR activities using agile methods.
• Collaborate with managers and international teams on people-related needs.
