Job summary

Pearster is seeking a Semi-Senior HR Generalist to join a growing, international team. You will support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and people operations across multiple countries.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment, coordinate onboarding and offboarding, maintain HR records, and assist with performance management and policy improvements. This role offers remote work from LATAM with a focus on global collaboration.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in an HR Generalist or People Operations role.
• Advanced English (C1) and fluent Spanish (C2) for global collaboration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and dynamic work environments.
• Hands-on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
• Understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
• Experience handling confidential information and documentation.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and non-technical roles across countries.
• Coordinate interviews, screen candidates, and conduct HR interviews for fit.
• Draft clear, engaging, accurate job descriptions.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding to ensure a smooth experience.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation in databases.
• Support employee engagement, well-being, and retention initiatives.
• Respond to HR questions and explain policies and processes.
• Assist with performance management, feedback, and development initiatives.
• Support implementation and improvement of HR policies and processes.
• Coordinate benefits, time-off tracking, and other HR activities.
