Pearster is seeking a Semi-Senior HR Generalist to join our international team in a remote LATAM role. You will support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration and people operations across multiple countries.

Responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment, coordinating interviews, creating job descriptions, onboarding/offboarding, maintaining HR records, and supporting performance management and policy improvements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Human Resources or People Operations.
• Advanced English (C1) – written and verbal.
• Fluent Spanish (C2) – written and verbal.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organization.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR administration.
• Good understanding of HR processes and policies.
• Experience handling confidential information.
• Ability to work independently and with international teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across different countries.
• Coordinate interviews, screen candidates, and conduct HR interviews.
• Prepare and publish clear, engaging job descriptions.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding for a smooth employee experience.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support employee engagement, well-being and retention initiatives.
• Act as contact for HR-related questions and policies.
• Assist with performance management and development initiatives.
• Support implementation and improvement of HR policies and processes.
• Coordinate benefits, time-off tracking, and other HR admin tasks.
• Organize and prioritize HR activities using agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with managers and international teams to support people needs.
