Job summary

Pearster is seeking a Semi-Senior HR Generalist to support a wide range of HR activities across an international team. The role includes recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and people operations with a flexible remote LATAM setup.

You will engage with managers across countries, maintain accurate HR records, and help implement HR policies while fostering a positive employee experience. English and Spanish proficiency are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in HR, HR Generalist/People Ops.
• Advanced English (C1) – excellent written and verbal communication.
• Fluent Spanish (C2) – excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organization.
• Knowledge of agile methodologies.
• Hands-on recruitment, onboarding, HR admin.
• Understanding HR processes and policies.
• Experience maintaining confidential employee files.
• Strong problem-solving and proactive mindset.
• Able to work independently with international teams.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across countries.
