The role splits evenly across audience research, ad creative, and client communication. You will craft hooks and copy, manage Meta campaigns from targeting to budget, and translate performance data into actionable recommendations for the client, with clear documentation and meetings.

Qualifications

• Strong copywriting that speaks directly to scrolling users.
• Habit of studying ads and reverse-engineering what makes a campaign work.
• Working knowledge of CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL.
• Comfort driving your own projects and communicating strategy.
• Confidence leading client relationships and strategy conversations.

Responsibilities

• Research audience pain points and desired outcomes across Reddit, reviews, and competitors.
• Build persona profiles and identify resonant angles for each audience.
• Write hooks, scripts, and body copy to drive engagement and conversions.
• Direct creative production, including shot selection and visual storytelling, while maintaining brand consistency.
• Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns from targeting to budgeting.
• Read CPM, CTR, CVR, CPA/CPL to identify winning creative and justify decisions.
• Translate performance data into actionable client recommendations.
• Lead client meetings, set agendas, and document progress.
