Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google accounts for DTC/eCommerce brands. You will communicate directly with clients, audit accounts, and build landing pages with AI tools, aligning on NC-CPA/NC-ROAS benchmarks.

You will manage brand and non-brand campaigns, optimize feeds and tracking, and work remotely with US East-hour calls. Strong dominance in GA4, GTM, Shopify, and PMax is expected.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to own client relationships with direct accountability.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, and Shopify goal imports.

Responsibilities

• Audit accounts before touching anything and present findings.
• Own the full funnel from feed to conversion tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses.
• Defend attribution decisions and explain impact to clients.
