Sweat Pants Agency seeks a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote) to own end-to-end Google accounts for a portfolio of DTC/ecommerce brands. You will audit, architect, and execute across GA4, GTM, Shopping, PMax, YouTube, landing pages, and conversion tracking, acting as the client liaison and driver of performance.

You will lead client calls, defend your recommendations, and push for incremental growth with NC-CPA/NC-ROAS optimization.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads experience with real money and clear ROI storytelling.
• Fluency across Search, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube campaigns.
• Experience building and optimizing landing pages and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts thoroughly before touching them and present findings.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate entities and report separately.
• Defend attribution conclusions and optimize for incrementality (NC-CPA/NC-ROAS).
• Speak with clients directly, lead calls, and justify decisions.
• Own feed, tracking, and landing pages; build necessary assets.
