Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end paid campaigns for 50 DTC and eCommerce brands, remotely. You will audit accounts, manage budgets, and defend your attribution decisions with a results-driven mindset.

We hire worldwide and require you to take client calls during US Eastern business hours. You will own the client relationship, write updates, run calls, and drive NC-CPA/NC-ROAS improvements with a data-first approach.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Own client relationships and be the direct point of contact.
• Ability to articulate strategy and defend attribution choices.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and clients.

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer and client contact.
• Audit campaigns and structure before touching anything.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate entities with clear reporting.
• Own feed, Merchant Center, tracking (GA4/GTM), and landing pages.
• Build and test pages, and use AI to accelerate delivery.
• Communicate results and plans to clients; lead calls and updates.
