Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist who can own the growth engines for multiple DTC brands. You will manage end-to-end Google Ads campaigns, coordinate with clients directly, and defend your decisions with data and testing, all while operating in a fully remote setup.

You will oversee feeds, tracking, attribution, and creative optimization, with a focus on incremental ROAS and NC-CPA targets.

Formación

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend.
• Ability to own client relationships and present results.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, and Shopify is preferred.
• Strong attribution and ROAS optimization skills.
• Remote work with US East call availability.

Responsabilidades

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end.
• Audit accounts before you touch anything and document findings.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses.
• Explain testing plans and defend your decisions to clients.
• Oversee feeds, tracking, and landing pages to improve performance.
• Drive incremental ROAS and reduce waste with data-driven optimizations.
