Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Own the client relationship with direct contact and accountability.
• Audit before touching anything, with structured review steps.
• Understand and defend attribution; NC-CPA/NC-ROAS focus.
• Ability to communicate in English with clients during US Eastern hours.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as the strategist, the buyer, and the client’s direct point of contact.
• Audit before you touch anything: review structure, terms, negatives, bidding, feed health, landing pages, tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate entities for clearer performance.
• Know what PMax is actually doing and avoid misalignment with incremental CAC.
• Keep Google's automation in check and audit auto-recommendations and assets.
• Own the feed: Merchant Center hygiene, product titles, promotions, and how feed affects Shopping/PMax.
• Own the tracking: GA4, GTM, Shopify goal imports vs. raw Google Ads tag, enhanced conversions.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and implement fixes across creative, offers, AOV, landing pages, checkout, and tracking.
• Build required assets: landing pages, scripts, and reporting; leverage AI tools like Claude.
