Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own multiple DTC accounts end to end. You will be the client’s direct point of contact, conduct thorough audits, defend your decisions, and optimize across Brand and Non-Brand campaigns for incremental growth.

You should be fluent with GA4, GTM, Shopify, and feed optimization, delivering measurable NC-CPA/NC-ROAS improvements while working remotely with a global team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend in DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to own client relationships and present results directly.
• Strong understanding of attribution models and NC-CPA/NC-ROAS.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, Shopify integration and feed optimization.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end, including client communication.
• Audit accounts before touching campaigns and explain findings to clients.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate entities and track performance.
• Maintain feed health, landing pages, and conversion tracking across platforms.
