Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own client accounts end to end, from audit to execution. You will manage DTC ecommerce campaigns across Search, Shopping, PMax and YouTube, defend your calls in client discussions, and drive incremental growth with a data-driven, attribution-focused mindset.

Qualifications

Hands on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC and ecommerce.
Able to explain CPA, ROAS, revenue and what changed.
Fluent in English; native or near-native.
Willing to work US Eastern hours.

Responsibilities

Own a set of Google accounts end to end; communicate directly with clients.
Audit campaigns before touching any account; review structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, tracking.
Manage brand and non-brand as separate entities and report separately.
Understand PMax mechanics and separate branded vs non-branded insights.
Keep Google automation in check by auditing auto features and sitelinks.
Own feed and Merchant Center hygiene; ensure product data supports Shopping and PMax.
