Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to manage client accounts end-to-end in a fully remote setup. You will own the funnels from feeds to landing pages, defend attribution choices, and drive NC-CPA/NC-ROAS improvements for multiple DTC brands.

You will communicate results directly to clients, run calls, and shape strategy with a focus on measurable growth. The role emphasizes ownership, autonomy, and delivering real business impact.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Fluent English for client communication and presentation.
• Experience with PMax, Shopping, and brand vs non-brand strategies.
• Ability to audit accounts and clearly present findings.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client point of contact.
• Audit campaigns, structure, terms, bidding, and conversion tracking before changes.
• Run brand and non-brand separately with clear reporting.
• Define and defend attribution models and lift incremental performance.
• Maintain ownership of feeds, tracking, and landing pages.
• Communicate results and plans directly to clients.
