Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own a set of DTC accounts from audit to optimization. You will manage budgets from $5k/month to six figures, communicate results directly to clients, and defend your attribution decisions.

This role is remote, globally distributed, with client calls during US Eastern hours. You will own the full funnel, including feeds, pages, and tracking, and you will build and test landing pages using AI.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing Google Ads with meaningful spend and measurable results (CPA/ROAS).
• Fluency across Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube and GA4 reporting.
• Ability to own client relationships and present plans and outcomes directly.

Responsibilities

• Audit accounts before touching anything, including structure, keywords, negatives, bidding and tracking.
• Own the entire funnel across feeds, pages, and conversion tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses and defend attribution choices.
• Communicate clearly with clients in English during calls and reviews.
