Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency Llc is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own a set of DTC accounts and act as the client’s direct point of contact. You will audit, plan, and execute across Search, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube, defending attribution choices and optimizing the full funnel.

You will manage feeds, tracking, and landing pages, with autonomy and trust in a fully remote, globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• You own client relationships and present results and plans.
• You audit accounts before touching them and document findings.
• You understand and defend attribution models.
• You operate across Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube and more.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and direct client contact.
• Maintain direct client relationship with no intermediary.
• Audit campaigns, structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, and tracking.
• Run Brand and Non-Brand as separate streams with clear reporting.
• Define and monitor PMax impact and ensure proper measurement.
• Keep Google automation in check and optimize feed and tracking.
