Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist for remote work. You will own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end, act as the client’s primary contact, and drive measurable performance through rigorous audits, strategic bidding, and creative testing.

This role emphasizes ownership, accountability, and strong communication with clients. You will manage brand and non-brand campaigns, optimize feeds and tracking, and build landing pages to remove bottlenecks.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads experience with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to own accounts end-to-end and be the client-facing point of contact.
• Proven ability to defend attribution models and drive incremental ROAS/CPA improvements.
• Experience with feed, landing pages, and tracking implementation.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client liaison.
• Conduct audits of accounts, campaigns, keywords, feeds, and tracking before touching anything.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate entities with clear reporting.
• Develop and test landing pages and scripts to remove bottlenecks and improve performance.
• Explain decisions to clients and defend strategies in calls and updates.
