Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist. You will own DTC accounts end-to-end, from audit through optimization, with direct client contact and ownership of outcomes. This role emphasizes rigorous attribution, PMax insight, and a data-driven mindset.

Remote work is supported globally, with US Eastern hours for calls. You will build landing pages, manage feeds and tracking, and push for incremental growth across brand and non-brand campaigns.

Formación

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to own client relationships and present plans and results.
• Experience optimizing campaigns across multiple formats (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube).
• Fluent English communication for direct client interactions.

Responsabilidades

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching them: structure, terms, bidding, and tracking.
• Run brand and non-brand as separate businesses with clear reporting.
• Understand PMax behavior and differentiate branded vs incremental volume.
• Manage feed, tracking, and landing pages; build or deploy assets as needed.
• Limit automation creep and maintain control over assets and sitelinks.
• Present results and defend decisions in client calls and updates.
• Ensure timely client communication and Loom walkthroughs for sales.
• Develop landing pages and AI-driven assets to improve performance.
