Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote). The role requires managing DTC accounts end-to-end, owning client relationships, and delivering attribution-driven growth. You will audit, optimize, and defend your decisions, with ownership of the full funnel from feed to conversion tracking.

Remote work available worldwide with US Eastern client hours. You will own the strategy across Search, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube, and you should be fluent in English,

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce campaigns.
• Ability to own client relationships and present results and plans.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything with a Loom walkthrough.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as distinct businesses.
• Know what PMax is actually delivering and separate branded vs. non-branded impact.
• Own the feed (Merchant Center) and tracking (GA4, GTM, Shopify).
• Diagnose bottlenecks and build required assets (landing pages, scripts, reporting).
• Build and ship landing pages using AI tools when needed.
