Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own the full funnel from feed to landing page. You will be the client’s direct point of contact, responsibly managing campaigns, metrics, and testing in a high-velocity environment.

You will lead audits, optimize PMax and non-brand strategies, and push for incremental growth with clear storytelling and data-backed decisions. This role offers global remote work with US-hours availability.

Qualifications

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit campaigns and landing pages before touching anything.
• Separate brand and non-brand campaigns for proper optimization.
• Know what PMax is doing and how to set targets.
• Able to communicate ideas in English with clients at a high level.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Google Ads accounts for clients.
• Present results, plans, and reasoning directly to clients.
• Run audits of structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, and tracking.
• Maintain feed health and landing page optimization.
• Build or adjust landing pages and tracking to improve ROI.
