Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end DTC accounts for multiple brands. You will be the primary client contact, presenting results, plans, and rationales, with budgets ranging from $5k/month to six figures monthly.

You will audit campaigns, optimize brand and non-brand efforts, and manage feeds, tracking, and landing pages. You should be fluent in English, experienced with Google Ads, and able to work US Eastern hours.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce, able to explain CPA/ROAS, and changes made.
• Fluent in English for client-facing communication and presentations.
• Able to work US Eastern hours for client calls.
• Experience owning end-to-end Google Ads accounts and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and direct client contact; budgets from $5k/mo to six figures.
• Audit accounts before touching anything; review structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, and tracking.
• Separate brand vs non-brand campaigns and optimize accordingly.
• Analyze PMax performance and separate branded vs incremental impact.
• Manage feeds, Merchant Center, and landing pages affecting Shopping and PMax.
• Own tracking setup (GA4, GTM, conversions) and reconcile discrepancies.
• Develop and deploy landing pages and scripts to remove bottlenecks.
