Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency, a remote-friendly firm, seeks a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own DTC accounts end-to-end. You will manage client relationships directly, audit accounts before changes, and defend your decisions with data.

You will oversee feeds, tracking, and landing pages, while optimizing for incremental growth. You will work remotely, speak English fluently, and participate in client calls during US Eastern business hours, with the rest of the day free to execute on growth

Qualifications

• Audit and optimize DTC ad accounts across Google Ads and YouTube.
• Own client communication and present results and plans.
• Strong understanding of attribution, PMax, and non-brand vs brand strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer and client liaison.
• Audit overviews before touching accounts; deliver Loom walkthroughs.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as distinct businesses with separate metrics.
• Manage feed, tracking, landing pages and creative assets.
• Build landing pages or scripts to remove bottlenecks and drive growth.
