Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own a set of DTC accounts end to end. You will be the direct client contact, manage budgets from $5k/mo to six figures, and conduct audits with Loom reviews to defend your plan.

You will run brand and non-brand separately, optimize PMax, own feed and tracking, and build landing pages with AI. Remote role requiring US Eastern hours on calls.

Formación

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend and proven results.
• Able to explain impact to clients with data and clarity.
• Experience with DTC/eCommerce and paid media mix.
• Strong English communication for client-facing work.

Responsabilidades

• Own a set of DTC accounts end to end as the strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching them: structure, terms, negatives, bidding, feeds, landing pages, and tracking.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses with clear reporting.
• Understand PMax mechanics and separate branded vs. non-branded impact.
• Control automation: limit auto-applied assets and sitelinks.
• Own the product feed, Merchant Center hygiene, and Shopping impact.
• Own tracking across GA4, GTM, and Shopify imports; reconcile discrepancies.
• Diagnose bottlenecks and build required landing pages or scripts.
