Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist. You will own client accounts end to end, lead calls, and defend your decisions. Expect hands-on management of DTC brands, with focus on PMax, Shopping, and Feed optimization.

You will audit accounts before any changes, separate brand vs non-brand strategies, and ensure measurable growth while communicating results directly to clients.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend for DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to explain CPA/ROAS and changes made.
• Fluent in English; client-facing communication.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, Shopify and Shopping campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of Google accounts end to end as the strategist and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything, then present findings.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate entities.
• Own the feed, product data, and Shopping/PMax delivery.
• Monitor attribution, holdouts, and incremental impact.
• Build or ship landing pages and scripts as needed.
