Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist for a fully remote role. You will own the entire Google Ads funnel for multiple DTC/eCommerce accounts, from audit to execution and client communication.

You will manage brand and non-brand campaigns, optimize attribution, and build or ship landing pages and assets to drive growth. Strong English communication and US Eastern availability are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads management with meaningful spend for DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to own client relationships and present results and plans.
• Strong understanding of attribution, NC-CPA/NC-ROAS, and testing.
• Experience with PMax, Shopping, and brand vs non-brand strategies.
• Ability to audit accounts comprehensively before changes.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and primary client contact.
• Audit accounts thoroughly before touching campaigns; present findings via Loom.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate efforts with clear reporting.
• Manage feeds, tracking, and creative optimization to remove bottlenecks.
• Develop landing pages and scripts to support required performance.
