Sweat Pants Agency Llc is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote). This role owns the full funnel for select DTC accounts, communicates directly with clients, audits before touching campaigns, and defends every decision.

You will optimize across brand and non-brand, manage PMax, and steer the feed and tracking stack. You must be able to discuss outcomes with clients during US Eastern hours while working remotely from anywhere.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to own client relationships and present plans and results.
• Strong understanding of attribution and multi-channel growth.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined set of DTC accounts end to end, including client communication.
• Audit accounts before touching anything and present Loom walkthroughs.
• Manage brand and non-brand separately for clearer reporting.
• Know what PMax is actually delivering and separate branded vs non-branded impact.
• Keep Google automation under control and audit its recommendations.
• Own the product feed, including Merchant Center hygiene and disapprovals.
• Own tracking across GA4, GTM, and Shopify imports; reconcile numbers.
• Diagnose bottlenecks in creative, offers, landing pages, and checkout.
• Build landing pages, scripts, and reporting to remove constraints.
