Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own the full funnel for DTC brands. You will act as the client’s direct point of contact, manage budgets ranging from $5k/mo to six figures, and lead audits and optimizations across Google Ads, Shopping, and PMax.

You will work remotely with US Eastern hours, communicate results and strategy to clients, and build landing pages and tracking improvements as needed.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Own client relationships and present results, plan, and reasoning.
• Audit overtake accounts: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, tracking, feeds, pages.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit before touching any account and present Loom walkthrough.
• Manage Brand and Non-brand campaigns as separate efforts and report separately.
• Know what PMax is doing and separate branded from non-branded volume.
• Own feed hygiene and conversion tracking across GA4/GTM/Shopify.
• Build or improve landing pages and scripts to remove constraints.
