Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote). You will own a set of DTC accounts end to end, direct client contact, audit before touching accounts, and defend your calls with data.

You will manage budgets from $5k/mo to six figures and influence growth across Meta and Google campaigns. The role requires fluency in English, strong analytical thinking, and comfort presenting plans to clients during US Eastern hours.

Qualifications

• Experience managing paid media for DTC/eCommerce.
• Proven ability to drive CPA/ROAS with real client outcomes.
• Comfort presenting plans and updates directly to clients.
• Knowledge of attribution frameworks and holdout testing.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of DTC accounts end to end.
• Audit accounts before optimization with structured Loom walkthroughs.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns separately.
• Oversee feed, product data, and Shopping campaigns.
• Communicate results clearly and defend strategy during client calls.
