Sweat Pants Agency is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist (Remote). You will own a client portfolio of DTC accounts, lead calls, and defend decisions with transparent reporting.

You will audit accounts, manage brand and non-brand strategies separately, and optimize PMax while controlling automation. Remote worldwide with US Eastern hours for client calls, performance-driven, ownership-focused.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads with real money in DTC/eCommerce.
• Ability to explain CPA/ROAS with concrete changes.
• Experience owning client-facing campaigns end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything; present Loom walkthrough.
• Manage brand and non-brand separately; report differently.
• Know what PMax is delivering and separate branded from incremental impact.
• Limit reliance on auto features; audit for cost impact.
• Own feed quality in Merchant Center and optimize product data.
• Own tracking across GA4, GTM, and Shopify imports.
• Diagnose bottlenecks (creative, offer, landing page, tracking).
• Build landing pages and scripts to remove constraints.
