Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to lead end-to-end paid media for multiple DTC brands. You will own client relationships, audits, and scaling strategies across Google, YouTube, and Shopping, with a data-driven mindset.

You will manage budgets from mid four figures to six figures monthly, work remotely, and collaborate directly with clients to defend numbers and plan next moves.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Google Ads for DTC/eCommerce with real budget impact.
• Ability to own client communications and present plans clearly.
• Strong understanding of attribution and incremental value.
• Comfort with remote work and US Eastern business hours.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Own the client relationship with no intermediary.
• Audit campaigns, structures, terms, and tracking before changes.
• Run brand and non-brand campaigns as separate units.
• Analyze PMax performance and separate branded vs non-branded.
• Manage feed hygiene, Shopping, and Merchant Center alignment.
• Own tracking across GA4, GTM, Shopify integrations.
• Build landing pages and lightweight assets as needed.
• Present results and defend decisions to clients.
