Job summary

Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google accounts for DTC/eCommerce brands in a remote role. You are the client's contact, responsible for updates, calls, and defending your decisions.

You will manage brand and non-brand campaigns, audit accounts before touching, own the feed and tracking (GA4/GTM), and build landing pages and scripts to remove bottlenecks. US Eastern hours apply for calls.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Google Ads management with meaningful spend and measurable results.
• Fluent in English and able to explain complex ideas to clients.
• Experience with DTC/eCommerce campaigns, including Shopping and PMax.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching them; present Loom walkthroughs to clients.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate units.
• Own the feed and tracking across Merchant Center and GA4/GTM.
• Build landing pages and scripts to remove constraints.
• Communicate and defend your decisions to clients.
