Sweat Pants Agency seeks a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end Google Ads accounts for multiple DTC/eCommerce brands. You will be the direct client contact, responsible for strategy, updates, and outcomes, with ownership of the funnel, from feed to landing pages and tracking.

You will audit, optimize, and defend attribution models, balancing brand and performance while leveraging AI tools to build scalable frameworks. Remote role with US Eastern hours for calls.

Qualifications

• Hands on Google Ads with meaningful spend for DTC/eCommerce.
• Able to articulate campaign wins and failures with data.
• Fluent in client communication and strategy presentation.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit campaigns, structure, keywords, and tracking before touching anything.
• Manage brand and non-brand separately and defend attribution decisions.
• Own feed, Merchant Center hygiene, and product data impacts on performance.
• Build and deploy landing pages or assets when needed and test results.
