Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist who can own client accounts end-to-end. You will audit, strategize, and execute across Search, Shopping, PMax, and YouTube, owning the funnel and conversion tracking.

You must defend attribution choices, work with brands directly, and communicate clearly in English during client calls. Remote, with US Eastern hour availability required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend in DTC/ecommerce.
• Ability to articulate and defend attribution decisions and impact on business.
• Fluency in English for client-facing communication.

Responsibilities

• Own a set of DTC accounts as strategist, buyer, and client point of contact.
• Audit accounts before touching them: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, and tracking.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate strands with clear reporting.
• Ensure proper setup of feed, Shopping, and PMax; optimize landing pages and tracking.
• Own the funnel end-to-end, from feed to conversion tracking and landing pages.
• Communicate insights and defend recommendations in client calls.
