Sweat Pants Agency is seeking a Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end, including the client relationship and the strategy behind paid campaigns.

You will audit accounts before touching them, optimize across Brand and Non-brand, and defend attribution decisions to drive incremental growth for ecommerce clients. This remote role requires US Eastern hours for calls and a results-driven mindset.

Formación

• Hands-on Google Ads with meaningful spend on DTC/eCommerce.
• Experience with Shopping and Performance Max campaigns.
• Ability to present results and defend decisions to clients.

Responsabilidades

• Own a set of DTC accounts end-to-end as strategist, buyer, and client contact.
• Audit accounts before touching anything with structure, terms, and tracking checks.
• Run brand and non-brand separately and report them distinctly.
• Explain attribution models and defend chosen approach to clients.
• Be available for US Eastern time client calls and own communication.
• Build landing pages and scripts as needed to remove constraints.
