Sweat Pants Agency Llc is seeking a remote Google Ads Media Buyer / Growth Strategist to own end-to-end paid media for a portfolio of DTC/eCommerce brands. You will directly communicate with clients, present results, and defend decisions, owning the full funnel from feed to conversion tracking.

You will optimize for incremental CAC/ROAS, manage PMax, Shopping, and brand campaigns, and build landing pages and scripts as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Hands on Google Ads with meaningful spend in DTC/eCommerce, able to explain CPA/ROAS and changes made.
• Experience owning client relationships with direct communication and accountability.
• Ability to audit accounts comprehensively and present findings to clients.

• Audit overhauls: structure, keywords, negatives, bidding, feed health, landing pages, tracking.
• Manage brand and non-brand campaigns as separate businesses with clear reporting.
